Bloody hell, what a debut. Hansee may still be an unknown composer to the rest of the demoscene, but we think he made quite a statement at Solskogen 2008, winning the music competition ahead of Puryx of Loonies & TBC and Gargaj of Ümlaüt Design & Conspiracy who came in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Hansee won the compo with his track "Safari Bombers". Congratulations, buddy!

You can expect to hear more from Hansee in upcoming Brainstorm productions.

Xerxes was present at Solskogen too but decided only to get shitfaced instead of participating in any music competition. Rumour has it, he was also seen in the woods followed by some goats. So most likely he's also training as a professional goat shepherd. We'll keep you updated on his ongoing career in that area.

Yep, that's right. Skaven is going to join Gina, rip and the rest of [d]vision at the Realtime Generation "Celebrate the Scene" party starting Friday July 18th lasting until Sunday July 20th. He'll participate in a panel discussion as part of the "Demoscene Heroes" panel, together with kb of Farbrausch.
